Who receives the data?
We will not pass on the information you provide to third parties, unless this is necessary for the execution of the goals. For example, we use third party specialized parties where we outsource the following tasks:
- Orders and invoicing are processed by our accounting firm.
We have made a processor agreement that includes the necessary agreements to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal data.
To make payments, Mollie's payment software is used. Please review their Privacy Statement in connection with the data they keep.
Storage periods
Omily Pro does not store personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was provided, or legally required. The personal data will be stored during the entire duration that your are a customer, or longer if either a statutory or a decree stipulates this (legal storage periods of documents, for example - accounting documents is 7 years), or the legal limitation period of any legal claim with regard to or by the organization justifies this.
How is the data protected?
We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data and ensure their confidentiality. For example, we have taken the following measures:
- All persons who are able to take note of your data on behalf of the organization are obliged to keep it secret.
- We use a username and password policy on all our systems.
- We make back-ups of the personal data in order to be able to recover these in case of physical or technical incidents.
- We anonymize personal data if there is reason to do so.
- We regularly test and evaluate our measures.
- Our employees have been informed about the importance of the protection of personal data.
Your rights regarding your data
You have the right to inspect and copy the personal data relating to you. You are entitled to correction and addition if your information is incorrect or incomplete.
